rate updating program. Updating rates is as easy as logging
in, changing the posted rate, and clicking Update. This program
has the ability to:
- Add as many loan programs as you wish
- Do custom Rate/GFE quotes or Standard Rate Quotes
- Automatically calculate APR and Payment
- Quote a Good Faith Estimate for each Loan Program
- Track a potential borrower's desired rate, compare his/her
rate to your daily rates and notify both of you once a match
if found.
- Compare a loan scenario against your daily rates and
email you and a potential borrower when it makes sense for
him/her to refinance.
- Add rates into the body of your site or any of your partners'
sites. It is not necessary to use frames to make the rates
pull up within your site.
