| Multi-loan Officer Application
Our Multi-loan officer application is an excellent solution
to re-directing applications from your site to loan officers
throughout your office, or throughout multiple branch locations.
This application has been set up to give the borrower the
ability to apply within a specific branch and or with a specific
loan officer. The steps a borrower would take to apply online
are as follows:
Step 1: Clicks Apply Online
Step 2: Selects a Branch Location (this step can be bypassed
if all the LO’s are in one location)
Step 3: Selects a Loan Officer within the Branch
Step 4: Fills our application
Step 5: Submits Application (the application will be emailed
to LO specified)
Upon submission the LO can download the file and import the
application into Point, Byte, Genesis, or Contour.

This program also has a back-end Administration section that
allows one administrator to add/delete/edit loan officers
and branches. The program can also be set up to allow the
administrator to view all applications submitted, re-send
applications to Loan Officers, and receive a carbon copy of
all applications submitted over the system.
