With this new system you can keep in touch via email with
every person you close a loan for without lifting a finger!
This program was designed to help maintain a higher level
of customer loyalty and to help increase referrals over time.
The way it works is as follows:
You create up to 20 follow up messages that will be sent
to your clients over a period of time. These messages can
be plain text or HTML emails. As you create your emails you
also specify the time period for the messages to be sent.
For example, when you add a new customer the first message
is sent automatically. The second message can be set up to
send 7 days after the first. The third can be set up to send
14 days after the second, and so on down the line. Each message
will also be personalized addressing the client by name and
using your name on the footer.
Once your sequence and time period is set up you can then
start adding clients to your auto responder track. This system
will automatically send the personalized emails to each customer
as until he/she is completed with the sequence.
